Effective 06/10/2019, the Voya Life Companies will stop the practice of mailing copies of customers’ Annual and Quarterly Statements and Dividend Notices to agents. Active agents will be able to view these documents on Voya for Professionals. Once you log in, please click on the Life Insurance tab and look up the policy you wish to review via the Inforce Policy Access tool.
Providing you with digital copies online will enable you to view these statements prior to your customers receiving them via the regular mail service.
