Brenda joined Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1986, working in many capacities including Lead Sales Representative, Registered Principal, and Associate General Manager. Brenda was the first female to attain the position of Sales Manager Leader at Phoenix in 1996, a distinction she repeated for a record-breaking 5 times. Sales Manager Leader recognizes outstanding skills in the areas of recruiting, training, and developing financial advisors.
When Phoenix closed its career agency distribution in 2004, Brenda joined Premier Brokerage Services, a Gallagher Company. For the past 19 years, Brenda has been responsible for generating revenue via the sale of insurance products by developing strategic relationships with the industry’s top advisors, producer groups, and wealth management firms. Her accomplishments include the development of a unique Blueprinting Process which allows financial professionals to optimize market opportunities. In 2022 Brenda was initiated as a member of Gallagher’s prestigious Million Dollar Club and attained the position of Area VP of Sales & Market.
Brenda is an accomplished public speaker and published author. She dedicates her free time to fund-raising for Toys for Tots, is an avid enthusiast of sports and music, and has resided in over 30 states. Her favorite hobby undoubtedly is traveling and experiencing new adventures with her husband, Mike.
