JENKINTOWN, PA, DECEMBER 15, 2018 – Premier Brokerage Services, Inc., announced that it will acquire Diversified Underwriters Services, Inc., a Brokerage General Agency headquartered in Miami Florida. The acquisition follows a long-standing relationship between the two firms.
